Wet sand With the garret seahunter mk2 Pi metal detector now upgraded with the Anderson Carbon shaft and did an hour on the dry sand with the ctx 3030 managing to pick out a pretty cool ring, and the coins came from a cut in the beach with the PI metal detector, settings i use for the garrett are on the website, this detector does go deep with the bigger coil and sure feels balanced with the anderson shaft, looking where to find the coins was a little bit of an issue as the beach has tons of sand. the cut on the beach seemed a good place to start and did pay off..
